We have really hit the ground running with this project. It has been just six weeks since we talked about seeing if buying the historic buildings on Morrab Road and growing their arts legacy was a path we could take. In that time we have met with so many helpful people who are working on similar projects or have an interest in the growth and richness of Penzance. We've built a proposal, contacted funding bodies, pinged off and received back so many emails that google is asking me to upgrade my storage, formed a CIC...and this weekend I have been working on the website while Sara works on the Crowdfunder. There is so much to think about, plan, research, deadlines...but it will all be so worth it if it all pays off. We are trying to do everything ourselves right now (while teaching most of the week) as we just don't have funds yet to get in the pros for everything.

Late night getting the website bones down...hoping to have it ready to launch in a few days, so that we can share information with everyone and let them know about the proposed project. It will be so good when we have something concrete and tangible to share.
